Privacy Policy

Contact form, Google Analytics, and what we do not collect on this website

At Arsa Transporter, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with this website.

The data controller under the GDPR is ARSATransporter, a German sole proprietorship (sole proprietor Sargis Sahakyan) operated by Sargis Sahakyan, Gartenstraße 18, 24220 Flintbek, Germany; reachable at arsatransporter@gmail.com and +49 176 21308133.

We do not operate user accounts, logins, or a customer portal on this site. The only personal data you give us directly is what you enter on the contact us form (name, email, phone number, subject, and message), or what you send us by email or phone. In addition, Google Analytics may collect limited technical and usage information via cookies when you browse our pages, as described below and in our Cookie Policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect personal data only in the following ways:

  • Contact form and direct contact — If you use our contact form, you choose to provide your name, email address, phone number, subject line, and message. The same categories may apply if you email or call us. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not log you in or out of this website.
  • Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic on this website (for example which pages are viewed). Google may process data such as a truncated IP address, device and browser information, and how you move through the site. We do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with your contact form submission unless you separately provide identifiable information. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

2. How we use your information

We use personal data only as follows:

  • To read and reply to the message you send via the contact form (or equivalent email or phone contact).
  • To comply with legal or regulatory obligations where required (for example retaining certain correspondence where the law requires it).
  • Through Google Analytics, to produce aggregated statistics about how the website is used, so we can maintain and improve the site. This does not use your contact form details.
  • We do not use your contact details for automated profiling, direct marketing lists, or unrelated purposes unless you have agreed otherwise in a specific case.

3. Legal basis and retention

We process contact form and related correspondence on the basis of your request (typically pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries), and where applicable your consent, depending on the situation and local law. We process Google Analytics data on the basis described in our Cookie Policy (often legitimate interest and/or consent for non-essential cookies, depending on your region). We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and longer only where we must by law. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s settings and our configuration.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We do not build advertising profiles from your contact form. Your message is processed so we can receive it on our systems (for example via our hosting provider’s infrastructure). Google processes analytics data as a separate service under Google’s terms and privacy policy. We may disclose information if the law requires us to.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use cookies to keep you logged in (there are no accounts). Cookies and similar technologies are used mainly for Google Analytics and, where technically required, for security or form delivery (for example session or security tokens associated with sending the contact form). You can control cookies in your browser; blocking analytics cookies may limit our ability to see aggregate usage statistics. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or update your data.
  • Request deletion of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we strive to keep your information safe.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. We encourage you to check back periodically, especially if you use the contact form or browse the site regularly.

9. Contact us

If you have questions about this privacy policy or want to exercise your rights regarding your personal data, please contact us via our contact page, by email at arsatransporter@gmail.com, by phone on +49 176 21308133, or in writing at ARSATransporter, sole proprietor Sargis Sahakyan, Gartenstraße 18, 24220 Flintbek, Germany.
